CEF® takes the Gospel to where children are through Good News Clubs® held in local, public elementary schools.
A Good News Club can identify a home in the neighborhood that is safe for a child to go to in times of trouble, bring the teaching of biblical morality to his neighborhood, and connect the child and his family to others where they live developing a good community spirit, and help neighbors understand one another and learn what each other believes
Each week, kids meet right after school for an hour and a half. During this time we have a Bible lesson, missionary story, large-group games, singing, snacks, scripture memory, prizes and lots of fun! A Good News Club is taught by Christians.
who are concerned for boys and girls and are willing to work together volunteering their time and energy to teach.
who are trained by CEF to have a club that is exciting and informative so that children will want to keep coming.
who are willing to sign the CEF Statement of Faith and agree to abide by the policies of the organization.
who are screened and evaluated according to our child protection policy for the health and safety of the children served.
We are excited to join God in the work He is doing in the hearts of kids in Nebraska and around the world.
